  1. Greetings Elaine,

I learned about you from the Corbett Report and Maurice Green. I wanted to thank you for your sense of social justice and activism. I am a dual citizen and have lived in BC for 20 years. I urge you to check out my book and blog here and I hope you are willing to pass the link on. I was a journalist at Prince George Citizen, in British Columbia back in 1990 etc.

  2. Hi there. I just thought I'd put in a wee word of encouragement, although I have not read your stuff yet. I've just heard about you through Tim Ball's Youtubr talk and I think you were very courageous to stick your neck out as you did by writing about all this conspiracy stuff. Not a great career move but excellent conscience-building material !

! Qnyway, I wish you well in your endeavours. God bless you & yours.

  5. Congratulations on The Handover, which I've just finished. What an incredible feat of reporting. What a sad indictment of our incestuous ruling elite. Brazil with snow...

  6. Dear Elaine,
I am a Brazilian Brit and editor of PortVitoria, a current affairs and culture magazine for speakers of Portuguese, Spanish and English. I plan to republish in the next edition the interview you gave to James Corbett in 2016, which appeared in the 'Corbin Report'. I believe that the content of your book The Cloak of Green (1995) fits the theme Postmodernism, to be covered in the next issue of PortVitoria. Congratulations for being the only journalist that covered UNCTAD 1992 from all sides. Jo Pires-O'Brien

  7. Hello Jo: Thank you for your interest and kind comment. I would love to have a look at your magazine. Can you send me a link? Cloak of Green was also published in Brazil ( eventually!) under the title Una Demao de Verde. I was invited down to give a talk in 2012 to a group of really hard right individuals ( wasn't sure until I got there) who were even then plotting to get rid of Lula. Wonderfully interesting country, Brazil, especially the politics.

    Best regards,
    Elaine

  9. Hi Elaine;
I have tried to get a hold of your book Cloak of Green, however the only copies I could find were from $800 to $2000. I contacted the publisher but he said it was unavailable. Do you know if there is an e-copy or audio copy of the book.
    Thank you
    Norm

  11. When you concluded the YouTube interview by asking your own idea of the most important query raised by your book, namely did the end justify the Gordian knot of subterfuge, deceit and propaganda curated by Maurice the magician your reply disappointed.
Illicit means are poison trees whose fruit is poison and in climate malfeasance the deadly product is the superfluous wind and solar infrastructure that while swallowing real estate diverts billions from third world fossil fuel development and the energy it can unleash to lift the afflicted nations onto the first world stage.

Philosophical Investigations, a you tube climate series, offers a clear and careful analysis of the complexity and magnitude of the manifold and cosmic influencers that ethereally blanket the blue jewel. We are in and of this colossus of radiative energy we call The Universe (and home) and our weather is as complex as the cosmic neighborhood. If you have not checked out Patrick Moore look him up on You Tube for a well reasoned Canadian climate realism discussion.

  12. I remember Patrick from his days in Greenpeace. I wonder sometimes when was the last time he was up in the Arctic where warming is going at a faster rate than the early models predicted and is causing no end of havoc.

  13. Hello Elaine,
In 1967 McClelland & Stewart perpetrated one of the worst hoaxes on the Canadian public in the guise of a book about the history of the Canadian west. I quote one comment made by the author regarding indigenous women carrying babies on their backs "... the mother could nurse her child by throwing her breast backward either over her shoulder or under her arm." (Rather demeaning to all women don't you think?) A large portion of the book is filled with complete fallacies such as this, entirely invented by the author. As the Editorial Director was Pierre Berton, how any of this was published in a 270 page book complete with "lavish" illustrations, which were often deliberately mis-labelled, is beyond me. How could five editors collude on letting such garbage be printed?

Do you think there is a story here?

    1. Sorry, I should have replied to this much earlier. No, I do not think there is a story there now, though there should have been back then. Who was the author? What was the title.

  14. Unfortunately all of the links to a PDF version of your book have been hijacked by scammers.

There’s no chance you have a PDF or ebook version?

    1. I'm having such a hard time finding it too. I'm doing my undergraduate thesis, and i'm gonna try to expose the underlining base of the "global warming" project that is the eugenics and technocratic roots of the theory, and this book is of extremely importance for me to reference.

  16. Do this author have any professional credentials or degrees? What's her authority to write on complex issues like virology?

  19. Dear Miss Elaine Dewar,
I am writing to you to ask a big favour, from one colleague to another. My name is Nicolás Escribá, I am an investigative journalist, licensed in Argentina under the number 14.779, and my identity card is 32.577.149. I am conducting a research related to Maurice Strong, and I need you to help me find your book (“Cloak of Green”), or at least some of the pages that I am missing. That was your first book, and the one I am currently writing is also mine. Therefore, I hope you can collaborate with me.
    My email is: revista.insomnio@gmail.com
Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards,

  20. We bought the book, and my wife is reading. However due to time, I like to listen to audiobooks in the car commuting to work. PLEASE create an audiobook version as soon as possible, as this sounds like a level-headed review of the ongoing debate around the origins of SAR-CoV-2 virus. Otherwise, I may have to listen first to the sensationalized alternative telling: What Really Happened in Wuhan - that also just came out. Please sit down with a mic and read your book. It would be public service.

  21. In your report you clearly state that the Canadian government claimed there was not a SARS-COV-2 SAMPLE sent to Wuhan, but they did not give an answer on SARS-COV-1 Sample that lab in Winnipeg did have from Saudi Arabia. Now that it has been proven the NIH funded gain of function, we should be looking at the source not the end product.
I think you asked them the wrong Question and were misled by their answer. If you are complicit in covering up this QUESTION that needs to be asked, I have to ask if you are employed by the government or truly independent. I asked this before on your blog and seemingly, my post was removed?

Q to ask: Did the Chinese Scientists have access to the SAMPLE of SARS-COV-1 (from Saudi Arabia, 2013 news) at ANY TIME during their working at the Winnipeg lab? Could that sample, have been sent as well without them knowing, or being willing to admit it?
